Houston recently welcomed a new restaurant called "Inka". Executive Chef David served up ceviche and South American Cruisine.
"These dishes are not your average plate that your grandma used to cook at home" Executive Chef David at Inka restaurant.
Ceviche is a raw assortment of seafood cocktails.
This may be a good place for you to come and try out. The price ranges from $10 to $28 an entree.

Great Ceviche in Houston!
I stopped by there last week to sample their ceviche, I have to agree, chef david was right. The ceviche there is delicious! I highly recommend it to everyone to come and try it out!
